Icelandic wool locks in teal and pale green are spun alternately around a core wine-colored mohair yarn. The black tendrils of the wool wind around the colors creating mystery color changes.

The yarn is puffy and light with the purple core peeking out. The core-spinning technique keeps the locks under control--barely.

There is one skein only of 24 yards.

Use this skein to embellish any project. Wrap it around your neck. Add a few yarns and create a scarf. Add some beads and feathers (bells maybe?) and make a lariat. You'll know what to do.
