Aesop's Fable of the Tortoise and the Hare inspired this quilt, which is based on 3 photographs I took. The tortoise is from the Galapagos, the rabbit from Meier Gardens in Michigan, and the clouds are from California. Digitally printed on polyester, thread painted (rabbit), trapunto (rabbit and tortoise), machine applique and machine quilted.
