YoFANCY Felt realm – tiny and borderless at the same time. It is a felting design atelier that will bring you anywhere where your artistic imagination may reach.

I am Xenia Lee, the creator of YoFANCY (founded at 2012). I have a degree in literature studies and ceramic art. Born in Russia and married to a Chinese, we now live in Sheffield, UK.  My inspiration is the whole world, our art heritage to thrive on.

“I truly believe that art can help us understand each other better. I fancy designing things with love and care, and I hope I can express my emotions through my works.”

Most of my designs are influenced by Art Nouveau and Baroque styles, along with psychedelic and manga-ish, some rooted in folklore and mythology. In a way, YoFancy is an endless experiment within the limits of perfectionism. That’s why on my site you can find striking minimalist concepts along with intricate couture style.

Each piece of YoFancy is handmade. Old time, consuming techniques are combined with a modern finishing touch, thus making every piece original and unique. YoFancy uses only high quality luxury materials like silk, cashmere, finest merino wool, genuine precious and semi-precious stones and Czech glass beads and goldwork.

YoFancy is happy to present several collection of felted accessories, available for sale on our site:

  • Minimalist YoMORPHIES Toys – unique anthropomorphous creatures with cute looks and amazing personalities; an example of a creative quest.
  • Doodle Friends – just because we love our pets and love to felt there is a doodle fun collection.
  • Enchanted Birds Bags– each bag is one-of-a-kind and carries its own bird totem; the colours are intense, the materials are luxurious, the technique is intricate fusing baroque and art nouveau motifs.
  • Birds of Paradise Brooches– artisan birds: they seem so real that they appear to fly away at any moment.

We love hearing from our community!
